Borgo La Casa


Close to the medieval town of Bibbiena, located in the heart of the Casentino valley, we have a limited number of building plots for sale in a small scale development project on the La Casa estate.

The estate covers 36 hectares of land and is situated on a hillside at the Arno river. From this location you have a beautiful view on the Casentino valley with the castle of Poppi as a landmark  in the valley.

On the estate 4 plots have been defined for the construction a typical Tuscan country house. The plots vary from 2400 to 11000 square meters in size. In addition the old farmhouse will be carefully restored by the owner of the project. The majority of the estate is used (through a rental farmer) for agricultural purposes while the remainder is kept as forest. With this the characteristic houses will have a magnificent view and optimal privacy.

To each plot a specific building volume will be allocated as part of the purchase contract. The building volumes vary from 900 to 1500 cubic meters.
