Agency Fees

On Italian property transactions a real estate agency fee is charged to both the buyer and the seller. For projects, such as Borgo La Casa, we are representing the seller and we will not charge a fee to the buyers of these properties.

The fee arrangement has been clearly indicated for each of the properties which we have for sale. Unless otherwise indicated, please take into account our agency fee as part of the transaction costs.
