On July 6, 2004 we have filed our General Conditions in both Dutch and English with the Chamber of Commerce in Utrecht, the Netherlands, file number 30196646. The English version is a translation. In the event of any dispute on the interpretation of any of the conditions, the official Dutch language version shall prevail.
